  • Made-to-order/customized items may require additional processing/manufacturing time.

Delivery timelines

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote locations may take longer.

Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be shared via email/SMS or shown in your order details. You can also use the public order tracking page when enabled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
