Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Diva Sports. If you have any questions, contact contact@divasports.in.

Returns (standard products)

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • Items should be unused and in original packaging with tags/accessories intact.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once a return is approved and received/verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to damage/incorrect item.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/processed, subject to eligibility shown in your order status.
  • If cancellation is accepted, refunds are processed as per the refunds timeline above.

Customized / made-to-order items (e.g., pool tables)

Customized configurations may involve production milestones and approvals. Returns/cancellations for made-to-order items are evaluated case-by-case based on production stage and costs incurred.

How to request a return/refund

Please email contact@divasports.in with your order number and the reason for the request. If the issue is damage/incorrect item, include photos/videos for faster resolution.
